Non-residential courses are usually held over 3 consecutive days starting with 1 hour personal instruction by appointment on the Saturday, two group meetings on Sunday (10.30am-4pm with a break for lunch) and a group meeting Monday evening 6.30pm-9pm. Read more on course structure here.

To learn TM on retreat there is a TM course fee and accommodation fee to pay. To book a retreat, please contact us for prices & accommodation options (From £220 according to room type). Course fees are explained here

Many people often find that it is in fact cheaper to fly to London and attend one of our courses than attend a course in their own country. We do also offer private courses for up to 16 attendees, where the teacher will be happy to travel to you. The cost of this would be £3,900 plus reasonable expenses (air fare and basic accommodation).
