To book a course please complete the Booking Form below. Bookings must be made 24 hours prior to your course date. We will confirm your booking and send full information as soon as possible.

For the Oxon Hoath Residential course the additional accommodation cost can be paid through our office on confirmation of your booking.

Personal data we will collect from you:
For our members’ database we collect name; contact email and telephone; date of birth.
We take payments via PayPal, Stripe or BACs and retain record of payments received, but we do not store any of your financial data such as card numbers or bank account details.
We ask for you to provide some information about your mental and physical health: this is for your teacher only and is never shared.
We use your data only to enable us to provide and administer TM courses, retreats and education services including your ongoing free support and guidance. We only hold information provided by you directly. All data is stored securely. We never share data with third parties. Membership of The Meditation Trust is for life, however you may request that your data be removed from our database at any time.

Cancellations
All course and retreat fees are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances it may be possible to transfer to another course, however a £50 admin fee will be payable. In the case of retreat bookings, accommodation costs are non-refundable/transferable.
We recommend that you have insurance cover for any potential losses.
TM is the most effective stress management programme, and therefore normally allowable against business tax.
