With fees up to 50% lower than other UK courses in TM, and bursaries for low incomes, we make the authentic teachings available to anyone who has a desire to improve their life.

  • I now realise that all the other practices I have explored along the way have been in preparation for TM. This effortless technique is the most profound I have come across to date; yet, it is so easy that anyone can do it. Before you can get started with establishing a daily practice, certain common myths about meditation need to be dispelled:
  • Few could have failed to notice the mindfulness revolution which has swept the UK and other countries over the last 10 years – just google ‘mindfulness’ and you will be swamped with a wealth of information and articles.
  • There are several conflicting opinions on what EI is and how it effects development and achievement in life; it has also been suggested that EI is a better predictor of success than IQ.
